So for the past few years I have been embracing the monochromatic oversized and structured concept. Since my wardrobe pretty much consist of all black, white and grey looks. I thought that I would dabble with a colors when it came to footwear and/ or accessories. The sad part about trying to implement pops of color into a wardrobe that consist of mainly monochromatic pieces is that you tend to feel restricted. I only own three pair of shoes that are not black, white, nude or grey. My Acne Avalanche Boots, Jill Sander Architectural Heels and my Alaia Leather Lace Up Sandals (which are technically a champagne metallic gold).
Due to my limited number of shoes with color I feel that these four options give me much more opportunity to create looks that warrant a pop of color from time to time with an awe dropping shoe.
You have a lovely view! Monochrome is just perfect on you.

I like your style and I'm the same way, would rather stick with monochromatic look and add color once in awhile. Love the boots!
