  So, I started a new job today and decided to christen the occasion by wearing all white. Now, let me note the shocked and stunned reaction I received when I walked in for orientation. Remember, I live in the Washington DC metropolitan area, using the word aesthetically conservative would be more than an understatement. I believe that I made myself a social pariah just by my attire alone, but who gives a shit. As long as I am comfortable, I am happy. Its nothing worse then being somewhere and being uncomfortable in the clothes you are wearing. I am just fortunate enough to not have to work for the federal or state government.

So funny story, the images taken in this photo happened like a few days after my hair accidentally caught on fire. I know crazy. Luckily it only burnt bangs into my hair, which sucks because I detest bangs. Anyway, I never wear my hair in a sleek slick back ponytail, but after oiling my hair up crazy to cover up the burnt hair smell I discovered a new look.

Have no clue why I decided to post this. At any rate the shoes are Alaia, the shirt is DIY, the cuff is from Ebay, the shorts (which aren't visible) are Alexander Wang, my camera is a Nikon D3000 and my hair is the standard messy bun. That's all.
