LOVESTORY

It has been awhile folks. I know I am terrible with keeping up with posting. So, to recap these past two weeks. I started a new job,if you remember, and within that two weeks I ended up receiving a better offer from a different organization. Now, here is the deal. I would have been crazy to pass up on the opportunity so of course I accepted and started today. But, I did give proper notification to the other place and thanked them for the opportunity to work with them as well. On another note, decided to post one of my collaboration series, "F.2.L". Hope you guys enjoy.

TAKEOUT

Decided to make this transparent takeout container a handbag for the day. I love multifunctional items such as this container from the container store.

I was able to fit my long wallet, moleskin planner, tons of lipgloss, my handy dandy pill container and other things inside this container nicely.

I'm so glad I was able to add this addition to my handbag family.

CUNT

Yes. Thank you ADEEN for these acrylic on snapback caps. I have ordered the "READ" and "NYC" (black on black) version of this hat and I can't wait for it it come. Over the last 8 months I have been able to completely liquidate my wardrobe of excessive prints, colors, etc. But, I am weak when it comes to acrylic/perspex and monochromatic snapbacks.

RE-BRANDED

I have officially re-branded myself. After several months of brainstorming I decided to go with the name mod.i.fied because it fits the image of my start-up company as well as my aesthetic.  The logo is still a work in progress, but I'm hoping to have that completed really soon. I am aiming for something simple, practical and able to mature with an evolving brand. Hopefully, you guys like the new name as much as I do.

GLOW

So, I am probably the last to post about this amazing show, but still I would like to speak on the collection. I have always been a fan of Alexander Wang's chic minimalistic approach to clothing, but this last collection blew me away.

With the visual deconstruction of the garments creating a "Tron" like futuristic feel, Wang definitely lived up to the expectations for this season.  Personally, I am anticipating the arrival of these shoes. I think that I will be the first time in my life I will buy the same shoe twice in different colors. I am completely sold on the foot cleavage this shoe has to offer.

PILLS

I stumbled upon these cute little pill capsule containers at the amazing Container Store. I took one look at these bad boys in the store and it was love at first site...I had to have them. I use them to carry all type of things that tend to make a mess in my purse such as Trident Gum squares, Midol/Advil , Vitamins, and sometimes my jewelry when I don't want to misplace it.

I think this is my best sporadic, random, yet oh so great purchase thus far.

PERSPEX

Between my awesome cool vitamin/gum/pill holder and my new Azealia Banks, "Young Rapunzel" MAC lipstick, the perspex clutch is in full effect in my world. I like the transparent yet simple design. This may be a trend for most, but I think I am going to keep this around as a staple piece for awhile. Besides its like the only hint of vibrancy that I am actually giving off these days. I know the Charolette Olympia version is not really cost effective, but there are other wonderful alternatives.  I brought both of my clutches for a combined price of $200.
